Just joined the new Bodyrok Santa Barbara near the Paseo Nuevo mall. I was looking for a change that would be less vigorous and more focused on stretching and mobility. There is no greater joy than meeting up with friends (and by friends, I mean like-minded people with similar goals) to sweat it out after a long day of commitments and stress.
